Privacy Policy

Drive with Brian is a private, internal tool used by authorized salespeople at Fitzgerald Auto Mall (Chambersburg, PA) to organize dealership inventory and publish listings to their own social media. It is not a consumer-facing service. This policy explains what limited information the tool handles.

Information we collect

• Staff account information you provide to use the tool: your name, email address, phone number, and the posting times you set.
• Security credentials: your password (stored only as a salted one-way hash — never in plain text) and, if you connect a social account, an access token (stored encrypted).
• Operational data: which vehicles you've marked as posted and your scheduled posts.

We do not collect, store, or sell the personal information of vehicle shoppers or members of the public through this tool.

How we use it

Solely to operate the posting console for authorized staff — signing you in, showing your dealership's inventory, and publishing posts you initiate to your own connected Instagram/Facebook accounts via those platforms' official APIs.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Information is shared only with the services needed to run the tool (e.g., Instagram/Facebook when you publish a post, and our email provider for account verification and password resets).

Security

Access requires a login and two-factor authentication. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed; social tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is backed up regularly.

Your choices

You may review or update your profile in the tool, or request that your account and associated data be deleted, by contacting us below.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
