Drive with Brian ("the tool") is a private, internal application for authorized Fitzgerald Auto Mall salespeople. By using it you agree to these terms.
Accounts are for authorized dealership staff only. Keep your login confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse, probe, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
Vehicle details and prices shown in the tool are drawn from dealership inventory listings and are provided "as is." They may contain errors or be out of date, and prices, availability, and incentives are subject to change at any time. Nothing in the tool is a binding offer to sell. Always confirm current price, availability, and terms with the dealership before relying on them. Advertised prices include the dealer processing charge and exclude government taxes, tag, title, and registration.
When you publish to Instagram, Facebook, or Marketplace through the tool, you do so under your own connected accounts and remain responsible for complying with those platforms' terms and with all applicable advertising, telemarketing, and consumer-protection laws. Use only content and images you are authorized to use.
The tool's software belongs to its operator. Manufacturer and dealership names and marks belong to their respective owners; this tool and its operator are independent and are not the official site of, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
The tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate data, downtime, or third-party platforms.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
